DESCRIPTION:Prepare for labor\, birth\, and early parenthood with our flexible hybrid Childbirth Preparation class. This two-part experience combines the convenience of the self-paced online Understanding Birth eClass with a dynamic\, hands-on in-person session led by experienced Registered Nurses specializing in Obstetric\, Neonatal\, and Pediatric care.\n\nHere’s how it works:\n\n 	Part 1: Complete the online Understanding Birth eClass at your own pace before attending the in-person session. (separate registration/payment required for the eClass)\n 	Part 2: Join us for a 6-hour\, interactive\, in-person session focused on practicing comfort techniques\, breathing and relaxation skills\, exploring birth scenarios\, partner communication\, and preparing for postpartum and newborn care.\n\nTopics include:\n\n 	Stages of labor and birth\n 	Breathing\, relaxation\, and comfort strategies\n 	Pain management and informed decision-making\n 	Postpartum recovery and adjusting to parenthood\n 	Newborn procedures\, characteristics\, and basic care\n\nJoin us to build confidence\, gain practical skills\, and connect with others as you prepare for this exciting journey.\n\nNote: This Hybrid class requires a two-step registration process.
