Designed for expectant families\, this class offers evidence-based guidance\, hands-on activities\, and supportive materials to help you feel confident and informed.\n\nTaught by experienced Registered Nurses specializing in Obstetric\, Neonatal\, and Pediatric care\, this class includes engaging presentations\, videos\, and a virtual tour of the Family Birth Center.\n\nTopics include:\n\n 	The stages of labor and birth\n 	Comfort techniques\, breathing\, and relaxation strategies\n 	Pain management options and informed decision-making\n 	Postpartum recovery and adjusting to parenthood\n 	Newborn hospital procedures and health screenings\n 	Newborn characteristics and basic care\n\nJoin us to gain knowledge\, confidence\, and support as you prepare for this exciting journey!\n\nPlease note that only the weekend series start date is listed.
