Prenatal Yoga at the Mayo Clinic Healthy Living Program
Connect with yourself, your baby and other expectant moms as you discover how gentle yoga postures, breath practices and relaxation techniques can provide relief from the discomforts associated with pregnancy. Props may be used to keep postures safe and comfortable. Recommended for all new to yoga during pregnancy and currently practicing yoga; beginning either their second or third trimester.
The Prenatal Yoga class is offered at the Mayo Clinic Healthy Living Program located at the Dan Abraham Healthy Living Center, Rochester, MN 55902.
