About Mindful Parenting: 7 week Series

Navigate the first year of parenting with greater wisdom, balance, and connection in a supportive community of fellow new parents. Whether mindfulness is new to you or you're looking to deepen your practice, all are welcome.

This class is designed for parents with babies 0–12 months old and encourages daily mindfulness practice with your child. Facilitated by Mindfulness-Based Childbirth and Parenting educators, each session offers foundational skills to support your journey.

Please register for a series start date that falls between baby's birth and 12 months of age.

The series runs seven consecutive weeks. Please note that only the series start date is listed for registration. The series will continue for the following six consecutive weeks (same day of week, same time). This is a total of seven classes.
