About Mindfulness-Based Childbirth and Parenting: 9 week Series

Prepare for more than just birth—develop mindfulness skills that support you through pregnancy, labor, and life as a parent. This transformative course helps you build resilience, awareness, and connection for the journey ahead.

This is an experiential course where daily mindfulness practice is encouraged. Join us to cultivate presence, strength, and calm as you prepare for birth and beyond.

The series runs nine consecutive weeks and one all-day Saturday session. Please note that only the series start date is listed for registration. This is a total of ten classes.
